Through registered Pre-apprenticeship, Apprenticeship, and high-level Continuing Education courses, Dick Anderson Construction is taking the lead in providing workplace-based Career and Technical Education. Our rigorous, relevant, and highly accessible education structure gives more than just basic job training but instead provides a plan and pathway to explore opportunities in the construction industry, climb our career ladder, and even earn a degree. This education is available to all employees, from part-time high school students exploring a construction career and first day-on-the-job laborers to senior project managers and VPs, all to build the best educated and well-trained workforce in the business.
