The end of construction doesn’t quite mean the end of the project. Once all building is complete, and all systems are tested, we’ll work together with you to ensure the finished product is in optimum shape — ready for you to move right in, and get your future started.
As we near completion of the project, a final set of processes begin. We review our Punch List to ensure all work listed is completed to the owner’s satisfaction. All systems are tested, all closeout documents – including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and product and labor warranties – are handed over. All payments and releases are issued.
Along with the owner, architect, and other vital teams and crews from the build, we fire up all operating systems and utilities to ensure everything is in working order.
DRAWINGS & MANUALS
We make sure all schematic drawings, maintenance manuals, 3D modeling files with embedded information, operating guides, and other contractually-required materials are delivered to the owner.
For the duration of the warranty period, we assist the owner in addressing any potential building-related concerns. If problems arise, we work with architects and subcontractors to determine causes and offer solutions.
We assist and accompany owners during all stakeholder and government inspections We submit documentation to permitting agencies to meet appropriate guidelines before occupancy is approved.
Working with subcontractors and others involved in construction, we coordinate delivery of “as-built” documents to owners. We review documents to make sure they are in good order and ready for handover.
We get organized with all parties involved to assemble final lien releases, and make final payment recommendations to the owner. We also prepare reports of final project costs.
