Any project — no matter how big, complex, or advanced — is only as strong as its own foundation. Preconstruction a vital element of the overall process — designs are created, plans are formulated, and budgets and schedules are set. It’s the step that all the others ride on, and we know how to get it right.


Through value engineering, we review your full list of requirements for a project — wants, needs, and desired features. We’ll work with you to lay those requirements out against your budget and timeframe, and find a way to achieve the essential functions at the lowest total cost — including capital, operations and maintenance over the life of the project.

3D Modeling

Surprises are fun on Christmas morning — but they’ve got no place on a construction site. To help limit unforeseen complications, we use state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling (BIM), which generates 3D images from digital drawings, and lets us identify potential design conflicts long before construction starts. It streamlines the entire process going forward, saving time and money along the way.


Utilizing our decades of planning expertise and the latest estimating and scheduling software, we prepare early construction estimates that are realistic and achievable, and allow flexibility to the client to modify the scope of projects as needed.

Updated Schedules

Our project managers produce detailed project schedules, and keep them updated throughout, making adjustments to keep things on track and on budget. We work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor labor and delivery issues making sure all boxes are checked, and all roadblocks are avoided.

Maybe you already own a piece of land with obvious potential, and you need help developing the right building project to maximize its value. In either case, we can help. We have experience working with owners to build or finance projects on their current property, as well as helping to find suitable locations for projects already planned.
