Steve Chanen Awarded ENR Southwest Legacy Award
We are proud to announce Steve Chanen is the ENR Southwest Legacy Award Winner! As Chanen celebrates 70 years of business, Steve Chanen reflects on notable moments from his 34 years with the company:
- building the Talking Stick Resort for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community
- built a college campus from scratch with Midwestern University
- helped bring company revenue from 12M to 500M
In 2021, Chanen Construction was acquired by Dick Anderson Construction; both companies share a foundation of building excellence, and caring for the communities.
As Steve says:
“All the hard work doesn’t just yield a stack of paper. It yields something that allows people to live, work and play at high levels of comfort and efficiency. These are things that you can drive by and see and that your children and grandchildren can see.”
