Project
Highlights
Dick Anderson led construction on a new office building and laboratory for the ExxonMobil Billings Refinery. The interior of the single story structure has all the necessary features — conference rooms, open modular offices, team rooms, and a clinic for a variety of medical functions. A “town center” sits in the middle, and serves as a central meeting and break space. The state-of-the-art laboratory is complete with all necessary equipment and machinery, including 19 fume hoods and an engine-analysis maintenance shop. The exterior of the building is a combination of metal wall panels and split-face CMU, while the perimeter of the site is protected by a series of gates, fencing and turnstiles, monitored through an access control system.
