Northwest Pipe
& Fittings Inc

Project
Highlights

With a headquarters originally built in the fifties, Northwest Pipe Fittings, Inc, located out of Billings, MT, made the decision to construct a new, state-of-the-art facility. DAC was brought on by the owner early in the process, starting at the schematics stage, to lead construction for the project. Thanks to the early involvement, we were able to help guide design choices in a way that adhered successfully to the client’s budget. The new building sits on 12 acres in west Billings and totals 105,246 square feet. The design incorporates all areas of Northwest Pipe’s operations, including administrative offices, customer training areas, a city desk for walk-in traffic, water closet for product display, high piled storage in the warehouse, and a service area. The exterior lot consists of a 10-acre paved storage yard, a loading dock that can accommodate 6 trucks, and a parking area for employees and customers. With its close proximity to the Shiloh Interchange, the facility provides easy access to the highway.
