After groundbreaking ceremonies end and construction begins, we bring our exceptional expertise to the job site. We manage ongoing planning and scheduling, monitor material procurement and track costs for supplies and labor. We organize subcontractors and inspect work throughout construction to ensure it meets the highest standards for quality.

Our project leaders will manage all stages of a construction project – from design and budgeting, to preconstruction services and subcontracting, to quality assurance and safety supervision during the construction process.
GENERAL
CONTRACTOR
For more than 45 years, DAC has been guiding projects to success through our role as a general contractor. We work closely with owner-retained architects to meet project design specifications and direct subcontractors’ efforts for maximum efficiency.
SUBCONTRACTOR DIRECTION
Our supervisors are well-versed in all facets of the construction process. They understand the order of tasks to be completed, and work daily with subcontractors to ensure that their finished product meets or exceeds our high standards.
SCHEDULING
Through the long list of successful projects in our portfolio, we have developed a strong expertise in creating reliable schedules. We not only schedule our construction crews, but also organize subcontractors, secure permits and arrange inspections.
DESIGN/BUILD
With our design/build method of delivery, we form our own design team to join forces with the original to take the project from start to finish. This lets us form a single source of responsibility for the owner, while kickstarting a collaborative process where all parties – designers, engineers, and subcontractors – work as a team.
