Whitney Center
for the Arts

Project
Highlights

Budgets are a vital piece of the construction puzzle, but sometimes, complications can pop up. When costs exceeded Sheridan College’s expected budget during the construction of their new, two-story center for the arts, DAC had the opportunity to exercise some strategic value engineering. Through some exhaustive research to find the best possible bidders, we were able to bring costs back down to a range that was feasible for the client.
