MSU College
of Business

Project
Highlights

Another of DAC’s most-energy friendly projects of recent years, the Jake Jabs college of business has become a focal point of MSU’s business school and the surrounding community. Throughout the four stories are offices, classrooms, and meeting spaces — both formal and informal. The building has achieved a LEED Gold certification through a series of creative structural features, including terracotta and zinc rain systems, a fritted glass glazing system to reduce solar heat gain, and a geothermal field consisting of 60,000 linear feet of underground piping.
