Project
Highlights

The Villagio Apartments project is a 200-unit low-income community built for the Missoula Housing Authority. The DAC preconstruction team worked closely with the architects and owners to ensure all required and desired building features were interwoven into the design in a way that allowed the project to be built within the allotted budget. The project comprises two five-story wood frame buildings over a concrete podium with underground parking garages. The unit make-up is two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms in every unit, type A and type B. The exterior envelope consists of metal and James Hardie siding. The overall square footage of both buildings, including underground parking, was 336,000.
