In need of a new building to serve as their company headquarters, Robert Peccia and Associates brought on DAC to lead construction. The finished structure is a two wing building — two stories on one wing, three on the other, with 59 offices along the perimeter of each level, and a 3000 square-foot garage space attached. Generous window placement allows for the whole building to enjoy plenty of natural light.
