Haymaker consists of two five story apartment buildings. First story is structural concrete with Post tension slab. The top four stories are wood framed. The East building houses 52 apartment units. The West building houses 42 apartment units.
The site includes 51 covered parking spaces on the first floor of the building and 54 surface parking spaces.
These dog friendly apartments include two dog runs and a dog wash.
The complex is equipped with a fitness center and plenty of bike storage and a bike repair center for use by the tenants.
