Dick Anderson Construction
DAC served as the general contractor for the Courtyard Hotel in Bozeman, a four-story, 117-room wood-framed hotel. Construction began in February 2022 and was completed on schedule in July 2023, with all work performed to the highest safety standards. The project includes an indoor pool and spa, fitness center, two conference rooms, ski and bike storage, a beer and wine bar, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. Exterior finishes of metal panel siding, EIFS, and brick provide a modern, durable façade that fits seamlessly into the Bozeman landscape.
