The Anderson School Renovation project consisted of sitework, mass building demolition and selective demolition to renovate approximately 7,050sf of the existing school as well as construct a 23,300sf new building addition.
School was in session during the first phase of construction and a phasing/safety plan was developed to allow classes to continue with little to no disruption to faculty or students. In an effort to complete the project prior to fall classes, the Summer 2021 schedule was extremely aggressive. DAC worked diligently with all parties to ensure the project completed on schedule.
DAC was also involved in the project during the bond period and assisted the School Board in communicating to the local community about the project.
