Highlights

This project involved the construction of a new, free-standing 41,760 sq. ft. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram auto dealership for Sheridan Motors in Sheridan, WY. This new dealership is the flag-ship development in the new Marketplace commercial subdivision located just off the new I-90 interchange on the north end of Sheridan. Construction involved 5 acres of site development and the construction of the new dealership and service department. The 21,750 sq. ft. dealership features showrooms for both Chrysler and Jeep, complete with sales offices, a customer lounge, new car delivery, and F&I offices. The new building also provides 20,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to a state-of-the-art parts and service department. The building structure combines a conventional steel-frame structure and a pre-engineered building structure. The exterior finishes are a combination of ACM metal facades and EIFS. Interior finishes align with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brand materials, colors, and elements. DAC was the Design-Builder for this project.
