The Miles Avenue Condos is a 10-unit, 29,500 sf multi-family residential project on the Whitefish River. The building consists of 5 “Pods” that are staggered from one another and step in elevation from end to end. The wood-framed structure utilizes CLTs (Cross Laminated Timbers) for the floor and roof structures. The condo units are multi-level three-bedroom, 2.5-bath units with contemporary loft designs and modern amenities.
