The new 15,264 sf facility is a one-story wood-framed structure on slab-on-grade. It will have 12 private resident rooms with comfortable spaces for patients and family members and direct outdoor access. The facility also includes multi-purpose gathering spaces and indoor and outdoor sanctuaries that welcome people of all ages and community members seeking education and support services.
Sitework consists of complete site development of an existing undeveloped property. Water, fire, and sewer utilities were brought onto the property from mains, along with storm sewer development. This included infiltration swales/basins and dry wells, a 1,000-gallon grease interceptor, and associated piping. Sitework also consisted of all curb, sidewalk, asphalt paving, and striping for the parking lot, along with irrigation and landscaping.
