Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to our project managers and office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – part-time; hours can be flexible between 7am to 5pm.
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing the front desk
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies
- Certified Payroll
- Planning entertainment activities for company functions
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals
- Document control for construction projects
- Record meeting minutes for meetings as needed
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
