Highlights
DAC was on board from the very beginning of this project, even before an architect was selected. The building itself—a commercial-sized private residence with an open-concept interior and a stunning view of Whitefish lake—was a major success on pretty much every level, from logistics, to design, to scheduling. The project was designed to fit the lot perfectly, leaving little surrounding room to work with. Because of this, we had to work from the back to the front, finishing as we went along. Premium quality and a strict completion deadline were the top priorities—and thanks to some creative teamwork and inspired constructive strategies, we were able to achieve both. The final result is a dream-worthy residence, with sophisticated internal systems, craftsman design, and breathtaking location.
